The Joust and Duel event is coming back to APS Paintball Park! We are trying to find the BEST 1v1 players in both the Joust and the Duel events!
- The Joust is a team event where registered players are assigned to Team Magnificent or Team Glorious and in a series of 1v1 are battling to bring victory to not just their team in their event - but to EVERY Team Magnificent or Team Glorious who has competed in the past!
- The Duel event is a tournament 1v1 battle to find out who is the best gunfighter!

A few things you need to know if you signed up a player to attend our event.
Joust EVENT
Saturday October 4, 2025
Start Time: 8:30 am

Joust Event Information:
The Joust is a team 1v1 format. The Magnificent Vs The Glorious. Each team has a lead General who is a prominent player in your area. This is an opportunity to come out play 1v1 and get coached up by local pros/peers. Come out and fine tune your game in a friendly atmosphere, compete and have a blast. All sorts of prizes and awards will be handed out for various reasons during the Joust come out and be one of the first to experience it!
**Prizes from Carbon Paintball, HK Army, Hormesis Paintball, and many prizes awarded all day.

Duel EVENT
Sunday October 5, 2025
Start Time: 7:30 am
Location: APS Park (3101 Steam Ct. Bldg. B, Bakersfield, CA 93308)
Open to all players. Each Dueler can have 1 coach, and up to 2 pit crew. It will be the team's responsibility to supply for themselves. The Dueler is asked to have prepared for a smooth match the following below:
(pit crew is HIGHLY recommended)
- Two guns,Two masks, Two packs
- Dueler is only allowed a max 3 case amount of paint per match (Field Paint Only)
- There is no paint limited to play (usually only 1/ 2 pods and loader is carried).
- Gun will be set to NXL standards
- Chronograph speed will be 280 fps
- Duelers must start in starting box both feet inside and gun down below waist.
- Match will be 15 mins, 30 secs between each point, switching sides after each 5 points.
- Each Dueler will have 2 time outs - 1 min each.
- Race to 10 points
- There will be no sideline coaching or audience participation.
- Winner will be awarded an elite 1v1 headband by Hormesis and a Luxe Idol paintball marker.
